1. All 'in stock' items are dispatched as swiftly as possible, usually within 24 hours of purchase.

2. Customers ordering advance (pre-production) books or DVDs do so under the clear understanding that the printing of books and production of DVDs is a complicated process and release dates are often subject to changes. In all situations Redfern presses for the earliest release date of products and we keep all customers awaiting advance orders regularly informed with updates and announcements.  

3. All customer emails, addresses and personal details are kept strictly private and will not be released to any third party companies or organizations.

4. Requests to reproduce images featured on this site must be made to our sales team.

5. Our shipping fees reflect the high costs of safely and swiftly dispatching our products through the UK, EU, USA and beyond. We ship only by fast, safe and reliable companies so our products arrive promptly and securely. All products are shipped in well padded envelopes to ensure safe transportation
